NIGHT OF ALL DREAMS

Night of All Dreams

Night of All Dreams is my first personally curated project, presenting over 30 artworks, including paintings, sculptures, video art, and photography. It featured multiple collaborations with dear fellow artists, writers, and photographers, and became a crucial milestone in my art career.

This body of work explored the loss of self-identity, the process of overcoming fear and inner disruption, and was emphasized through symbolism and the narrative of key artworks.

During the exhibition, I presented my first video artwork, also titled Night of All Dreams. It marked a significant experiment and discovery on my journey into multidisciplinary practice. The video, with a runtime of six minutes, was filmed in complete darkness in my family’s hometown of Chelyabinsk, Russia. Most of it was shot outdoors during winter nights, in temperatures dropping below –30°C.

Featuring my close friends as the main characters, the video unravels an emotional and physical translation of the story.
